What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Learn and present vehicle features, technology, and product information
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to customers
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize proven sales and customer service techniques
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
- Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve department goals
- Represent Rydell Chevrolet professionally and positively at all times

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, business development, or related fields
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
Compensation
- $50,000 – $120,000+ Annual Earning Potential
- Guaranteed Pay of $3,000 per Month for the First 3 Months
- Competitive Commission-Based Compensation Plan
