What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle


• Build relationships through exceptional customer service


• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers


• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives


• Present financing, protection products, and trade values alongside our management team


• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM


• Deliver an outstanding purchase experience that earns lifelong customers and 5-star reviews


• Continuously improve through daily training and coaching
