$60,000–$150,000+ first-year earning potential

Sign-on bonus payouts are contingent upon active employment and satisfactory performance at the time of payout.

Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget
Build lasting customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
Develop product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process
Maintain customer follow-up to generate repeat and referral business
Work closely with dealership management and other departments
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
You don't need previous automotive sales experience to succeed here!

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
