The Automotive Make a Deal/Sales Lead Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring Napleton’s dealership are effectively maximizing sales lead opportunities.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analysis of lead opportunities, identifying locations who need support


• Daily follow-up calls with dealerships on sales lead opportunities with coaching to maximize leads


• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience with a proven history of success, or experience as a Sales Quality Control Leader with volume experience and capacity.


• Effective communication, coaching, and follow-up skills


• A high sense of urgency


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines


• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations


• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
