We are looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager to lead one of our high-volume dealerships and create a premium guest experience.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers, Finance Managers, BDC personnel, and Sales Consultants

  • Drive new and used vehicle sales performance while maximizing gross profit opportunities

  • Manage daily sales operations, forecasting, inventory turn, and market pricing strategies

  • Monitor and improve CRM utilization, lead response times, appointment processes, and showroom traffic conversion

  • Conduct daily sales meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and online reputation management

  • Partner with department leaders to achieve dealership objectives and profitability goals

  • Analyze reports, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

  • Recruit, hire, and retain top automotive talent

  • Foster a positive, high-energy culture built on accountability and performance


What We're Looking For:



  • Previous Automotive SM experience

  • Proven track record of increasing sales volume and profitability

  • Strong desking, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Experience managing both new and used vehicle operations

  • Strong understanding of VinSolutions, Dealertrack, RouteOne, and digital retailing tools

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
