Location: Cerritos, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: $72,000 - $200,000


Lead, coach, and inspire at one of Southern California's premier Ford & Lincoln dealerships in the renowned Cerritos Auto Square.


We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the leadership team at Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln Cerritos. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced leadership team, drive results in a high-volume dealership, and continue building your career with one of the nation's largest privately owned automotive groups.

Core Responsibilities 




  • Lead and coach the sales team to consistently achieve dealership sales goals.

  • Drive new and used vehicle sales while maximizing profitability.

  • Work closely with Finance, BDC, and dealership leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Monitor daily sales activity, KPIs, and CRM performance.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants.

  • Assist with deal structuring, desking, and customer negotiations.

  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and ethical sales practices.

  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.


Basic Requirements



  • Automotive Sales Manager experience required.

  • Ford or Lincoln dealership experience preferred.

  • Proven success leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, CRM, and DMS systems.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Stable employment history with a track record of developing people and delivering results.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
