Automotive Sales Professional

Tampa Bay’s newest Volkswagen dealership, Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel, is seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our Sales Department representing our dealership and the Volkswagen product in a positive, professional manner. Automotive sales experience is not necessary. Customer service experience is preferable. This is a great opportunity to begin a career with incredible earning potential. In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase.

Responsibilities

• Assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase
• Long-term follow up with leads not ready to purchase
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required
• Customer service experience preferable
• Dedication to high customer satisfaction
• Team player attitude

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Must be able to cooperate and work well with teammates
• Must meet the department’s performance standards
