What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and build strong relationships in the showroom
  
• Assist with vehicle selection, test drives, and product demonstrations
  
• Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in traffic
  
• Set appointments and convert leads into sales
  
• Present pricing and financing options clearly and confidently
  
• Track all activity using CRM tools
  
• Stay up to date on Ford products, features, and incentives
  
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to drive repeat and referral business
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience required
  

(automotive, retail, BDC, call center, or phone sales preferred)

• Strong communication and closing skills
  
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic dealership
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
