Job Description:
As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle-buying journey from start to finish. You will showcase our award-winning lineup of new Kia models—including the Telluride, Sportage, Sorento, and cutting-edge EVs—as well as our diverse inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles.
Your focus will be on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering a hassle-free experience that turns first-time buyers into lifetime customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome showroom visitors and respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries.
- Conduct professional consultations to determine the right vehicle to fit the customer's lifestyle and budget.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and capabilities through thorough product presentations and test drives.
- Work closely with the Sales Managers to provide transparent pricing and customized financing solutions.
- Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on Kia product knowledge, incoming inventory, and industry trends.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train individuals with a strong background in hospitality, retail sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, high-energy attitude with a drive to succeed.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work Saturdays (with a day off provided during the week; closed Sundays).
