Key Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Providing detailed product information and assisting with vehicle selection.
• Facilitating test drives and coordinating appointments with our sales team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
