We are seeking an organized and detailed Service Advisor to join our winning team.

Scott Clark Nissan is the number one volume Nissan store in the Charlotte area.

The fully remodeled facility has 25 climate-controlled service bays and puts out nearly 300+ units/ month. Saturday grill outs and team offsites are one of many perks our employees enjoy as a result of being a part of the Scott Clark Nissan team.

SUMMARY

Initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer rapport and records. We are open to candidates who are new to the automotive industry who have a desire to learn and move forward in their career!

Responsibilities:

•Greets customers promptly

•Obtains customer and vehicle information

•Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

•Determines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history

•Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

•Establishes follow-up time

•Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently

•Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order

•Explains all completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications:

•Minimum 1 year experience in automotive industry

•Bilingual in Spanish & English is a huge plus

•Knowledge of automobiles

•Positive attitude

•High volume mentality

•KPI focused
