Automotive Service Advisor

McGrath City Honda is seeking a motivated and high-performing Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to succeed in a busy dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish


• Effectively recommend and sell service and maintenance needs based on vehicle inspections


• Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores while achieving sales goals


• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations, timelines, and costs


• Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow


• Handle a high volume of customers while maintaining attention to detail and organization


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service/sales role


• Strong sales background with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals


• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high CSI results


• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
