Honda of Mahwah is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing and high-performing service team. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and is driven to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and sales results.

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping them understand recommended maintenance and repairs while ensuring a seamless dealership experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
Communicate repair status and updates throughout the service process
Build trust and long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
Collaborate effectively with technicians, management, and other dealership departments
Meet or exceed sales and performance goals

Qualifications

Previous Service Advisor experience required
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and service sales
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
CDK experience preferred, but not required
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office 365, and dealership software systems
Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
