We're growing and looking to add a Service Advisor to our team. This can be someone with direct experience or a background in retail, service industry, or enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Point of Contact - Connection between customers and technicians.


• Advising - Build trust by advising customers on vehicle service and maintenance.


• Scheduling - Manage appointments and document vehicle concerns.


• Communication - Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.


• Documentation - Maintain accurate service records.

What We're Looking For

• Skills - Great communication! Organized. Problem-solver. Commonsense. Positive mindset. Driven. Mechanical understanding. Upbeat attitude!


• Technology - Strong comfort with using computer systems. 


• Driving Record – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.


• Availability – Ability to work Saturdays.
