What You’ll Do

  Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs

  Write repair orders and accurately document vehicle concerns

  Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services

  Provide updates and timelines to customers throughout the service process

  Coordinate with technicians and the parts department

  Deliver vehicles back to customers and explain completed repairs

Requirements

• 
  

  Minimum 1 year experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer

  Strong communication and customer service skills
