EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISORS WANTED

3+ YEARS OF DEALERSHIP SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Maserati of Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Service Advisor who knows how to build customer relationships, sell service, manage a busy service drive, and deliver an exceptional luxury ownership experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage 10+ repair orders per day in a high-volume service environment
  
• Greet customers and conduct professional vehicle consultations
  
• Write accurate repair orders and identify customer vehicle needs
  
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
  
• Clearly explain recommended services, estimates, and repair timelines
  
• Build trust and long-term relationships with luxury vehicle owners
  
• Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
  
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
  
• Recommend additional services when appropriate
  
• Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores
  
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  
• Follow dealership processes, policies, and manufacturer standards
  
• Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ YEARS OF DEALERSHIP SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  
• Proven ability to consistently manage a high-volume service drive
  
• Luxury or highline dealership experience strongly preferred
  
• European automotive experience is a plus
  
• Strong service sales and customer relationship skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
