What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll help keep our service department running smoothly while making sure every customer receives a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the flow of vehicles and customers through the service drive lane
• Ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of the customer experience and look for opportunities to create a positive impression
• Provide concierge-level support for customer questions and inquiries, both in person and by phone
• Clearly communicate vehicle service needs, recommendations, and repair processes
• Ensure technicians' available time and schedules are consistently presented and utilized effectively
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians to help maintain a productive service operation
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customers receive timely updates and a seamless experience

What You Bring

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who takes pride in doing things the right way.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Service Writer
• Organized, friendly, and customer-focused personality
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and coordinate others
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
