We want Service Advisors who genuinely enjoy helping people. Someone who picks up the phone, communicates proactively, follows through on promises, and treats every customer like they are our most important customer of the day.
Our goal isn't simply to repair vehicles. Our goal is to create customers for life.
Create an outstanding experience from the moment the customer arrives
Greet customers with energy and make them feel welcome
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle needs
Keep customers informed throughout the entire service process — communication is key!
Work closely with our technicians to understand diagnoses and recommended repairs
Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations to customers
Sell needed maintenance and repairs with confidence and integrity
Follow up with customers and make sure promises are kept
Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and NPS results
Work with technicians, dispatch, parts, and management to keep vehicles moving efficiently
Take ownership of problems and help find solutions

Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred, but great people can come from anywhere. If you've been successful in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another fast-paced customer-facing position, we'd like to talk to you.
