Automotive Service Advisor – Melloy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (Los Lunas, NM)

Melloy Auto Group is a family-owned dealership serving New Mexico for over 60 years. We’re looking for a service advisor who can handle a busy drive, stay organized, and keep customers informed without letting things fall apart.

You’ll be working with a steady flow of customers, experienced technicians, and a process built to keep work moving.

You’ll also be supporting vehicles from Stellantis brands, including Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Chrysler.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and write repair orders accurately


• Listen to concerns and translate them into clear work instructions


• Provide estimates, timelines, and regular updates


• Recommend maintenance based on mileage, history, and condition


• Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs on track


• Close repair orders and explain completed work clearly


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Service advisor experience preferred (automotive strongly preferred)


• Strong communication and organization skills


• Ability to handle a fast-paced service drive without losing track of details


• Familiarity with systems like CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus


• Valid driver’s license


• Professional, reliable, and consistent
