What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process from write-up to delivery.


• Accurately document vehicle concerns and recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines.


• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.


• Provide proactive updates and set clear expectations with customers.


• Review completed repairs, explain invoices, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.


• Consistently meet or exceed CSI and productivity goals.

What Success Looks Like (Performance Metrics)

• Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.


• Achieve effective labor hours (ELH) and sales targets.


• Demonstrate consistent repair order accuracy and minimal comebacks.


• Build repeat business through trust, follow-up, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Chevrolet or GM experience a plus)..


• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.


• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.


• Basic automotive knowledge and a desire to keep learning.


• Valid driver’s license and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
