Automotive Service & Parts Advisor

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service & Parts Advisor to help keep our service department running efficiently. This is a hybrid role that's perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Because we're a smaller operation, you'll play an important role in nearly every part of the service process. One minute you may be greeting customers and writing repair orders, the next you'll be ordering parts, billing invoices, closing repair orders, or helping keep the shop organized and moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle pickup


• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders


• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear, honest manner


• Coordinate repairs and communicate with technicians throughout the day


• Provide estimates, updates, and obtain customer approvals


• Order, receive, bill, and manage parts needed for repairs


• Maintain accurate parts inventory and vendor communication


• Close repair orders and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate


• Assist with warranty documentation and administrative tasks as needed


• Keep the service department organized and operating efficiently


• Jump in wherever needed to support the team and deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

Previous Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or dealership experience preferred

• Ability to comfortably balance multiple responsibilities throughout the day


• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Comfortable learning dealership software and administrative processes


• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment


• Team-first attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed


• Valid driver's license

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
