We are seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing service team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and keeping things organized, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

  Schedule and confirm customer service appointments

  Communicate with customers by phone, online, and through chat

  Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction

  Help maintain an organized appointment schedule and efficient service operations

  Deliver a positive customer experience through professional and friendly communication

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

  Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

  Dependable, organized, and eager to learn

  Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and through digital channels

  Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
