Automotive Service Dispatcher

Suntrup Kia is seeking an experienced, results-focused Automotive Service Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently dispatching work to technicians and maintaining daily schedules to maximize productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute shop work as efficiently as possible in line with dealership policy.


• Assign work to technicians based on skill level and experience.


• Ensure technicians follow warranty policy and procedure guidelines.


• Review technician work orders to ensure all tasks are completed properly.


• Coordinate parts requirements with the Parts Department.


• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards.


• Ensure all repair orders are properly documented and accounted for.


• Provide excellent customer service.


• Assist in other areas of the Service Department as needed.


• Meet production objectives set by management.


• Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Service Dispatcher or Automotive Technician experience is required


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation:

• Starting at $20 per hour. Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
