Automotive Service Manager

Team Hyundai of Bend is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. If you're a motivated leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of the service department's daily operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Drive customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor department performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow, and repair quality.
• Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with the parts and sales departments to provide an outstanding ownership experience.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to increase customer satisfaction and department performance.
• Experience with dealership management systems and service operations.
• Ability to motivate a team while maintaining a positive culture.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
