Hunter Automotive Group is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This is a great opportunity for an automotive professional who enjoys working with customers, supporting a team, solving problems, and helping create an exceptional service experience.
As a Service Manager, you will play an important role in guiding customers through the service and repair process while supporting your team and ensuring the department operates efficiently. We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
Customer Experience
Welcome service customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Listen to customer concerns and identify their needs.
Explain recommended repairs and services clearly.
Present factory-recommended maintenance and services.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles.
Provide detailed explanations of completed work and final invoices.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Service Operations
Prepare accurate estimates and review repair recommendations.
Identify repairs that may be covered under manufacturer warranties.
Ensure service paperwork and billing are completed accurately.
Help maintain an efficient workflow throughout the service department.
Address customer concerns and find effective solutions.
Support the service team in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Leadership & Team Support
Lead and support service team members to achieve department goals.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Help train and develop team members.
Lead by example and demonstrate Hunter's Core Values in daily interactions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall department performance.
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive service experience is required.
Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to think quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
