Automotive Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Automotive Service Manager to lead our service drive. This is a working management position, not a Fixed Operations Director role.

The ideal candidate has a strong background as a Service Advisor, experience training and developing employees, and the ability to lead by example while actively working with customers.

Responsibilities

  Write repair orders, assist customers, and recommend needed maintenance and repairs.

  Train, coach, and develop Service Advisors to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage daily service drive operations and workflow.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor advisor performance, productivity, and sales.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure consistent customer communication and follow-up.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with technicians and parts to keep repairs moving efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead by example and hold the team accountable.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience training and coaching Service Advisors required.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of dealership service operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working alongside the team.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience preferred.
