Automotive Service Technician

Eddy's Lincoln is searching for Automotive Technicians to join our team. The right candidate will have a service technician background with over 2 years of experience. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out repairs and services listed on work orders with accuracy and within dealership guidelines.


• Perform regular vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance.


• Operate diagnostic equipment and take vehicles on test drives to identify issues in systems and components.


• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and testing to determine the root cause of problems.


• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, electrical, and climate control.


• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate findings, recommend additional work when necessary, and provide time estimates for completion.


• Complete warranty-related repairs according to manufacturer standards and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.


• Ability to successfully complete a background screening.


• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.


• Eagerness to develop skills and stay current with new technologies.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

• Sign On Bonus Available For Technicians with Certifications 


• $25 .00 -$40.00 an hour depending on experience


• Monday Friday with rotating Saturdays
