We’re currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team.

Position Summary

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and overall service department efficiency.

The technician will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment utilizing modern diagnostic tools, factory training resources, and structured workflow processes to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems
● Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications
● Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
● Communicate repair needs and recommendations effectively
● Complete warranty repairs and documentation accurately
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment
● Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures

Qualifications

● Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience preferred
● Active Virginia State Inspection License required
● ASE Certifications preferred or in progress
● Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
● Own basic tools and toolbox
● Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
● Strong work ethic and positive attitude
