Responsibilities



  • Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and related systems

  • Use diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer repair information

  • Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding recommended repairs, findings, and estimated timelines

  • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

  • Maintain required manufacturer training standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area

  • Follow dealership and manufacturer processes

  • Help protect customer vehicles by keeping them clean and properly cared for during service

Qualifications



  • 2+ years of automotive service technician experience required

  • GM experience preferred

  • Cadillac or luxury-brand experience is a plus

  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to identify problems quickly and accurately

  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Good knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Ability to read and understand repair instructions, manufacturer procedures, and technical information

  • Ability to learn modern repair technology, service procedures, and manufacturer specifications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Positive attitude and respect for teammates

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Strong work ethic

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Clean/acceptable driving record

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
