Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed

Role Summary

Seminole Ford is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. You’ll be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with accuracy and efficiency while delivering a high-quality experience for our customers. Whether you’re experienced or looking to advance your tech career, we offer a strong environment to grow.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform work listed on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems
  including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC

  
  


• 
  

  Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and OEM equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct road tests to verify repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding work performed and additional needs

  
  


• 
  

  Complete warranty and recall repairs following Ford procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized work area

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current with Ford and industry training

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  1+ year of technician experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ford experience or certifications are a plus but not required
