Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Friday 7am-6pm | Saturdays 8am-5pm
Pay: $80,000-$170,000 Annually (flag hour + commission)

Our Chapman BMW Chandler location in Chandler, AZ is currently seeking an Automotive Service Technician who will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on BMW vehicles with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work in a high-volume, state-of-the-art service department with a consistent workflow and strong support from advisors and leadership. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician looking to maximize earnings and grow within a premium automotive brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C


• Perform accurate and detailed vehicle inspections and document all findings


• Communicate recommended repairs and timelines clearly to Service Advisors


• Complete all repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards


• Perform warranty repairs in compliance with BMW and manufacturer requirements


• Maintain high productivity while ensuring quality and safety standards are met


• Keep work areas organized and adhere to shop safety procedures

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of automotive maintenance and repair experience required


• Must have your own tools


• BMW certification strongly preferred


• ASE certifications are a plus


• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills


• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


• Strong communication skills and professional attitude


• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
