Automotive Service Technician

Model 1 in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of maintenance and repair services on Ford vehicles, follow manufacturer quality standards, and grow your skills alongside an experienced shop team. What You'll Do

• Perform routine and intermediate maintenance and repair services on Ford vehicles to manufacturer specifications


• Carry out oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, fluid replacements, and other general repairs


• Assist with diagnostics using Ford service tools and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians


• Provide accurate repair documentation for each service completed


• Communicate service findings clearly to advisors to keep customers informed


• Build technical knowledge through Ford training programs and on-the-job experience


• Stay familiar with Ford technical service bulletins and shop procedures


• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area


• Work collaboratively with the service team to keep the shop running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• B-level technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical background


• 1 to 3 years of automotive service experience preferred


• Familiarity with general vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, fluids, and basic electrical


• Ability to use shop tools and basic diagnostic equipment


• Ford or dealership experience a plus


• Eagerness to learn, grow, and pursue additional certifications


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout a shift


• High school diploma or equivalent
