Your Role as a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while delivering the quality workmanship our customers expect.

Responsibilities include:

• 
  

  Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Perform maintenance and advanced repair work according to manufacturer standards

  
  


• 
  

  Complete brake, suspension, transmission, engine, electrical, and drivability repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Perform inspections and test drive vehicles to verify completed repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair systems

  
  


• 
  

  Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all safety procedures and dealership quality standards

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work area

  
  

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for skilled technicians who bring:

• 
  

  Minimum 2–3 years of automotive repair experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  
  


• 
  

  Previous dealership service experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using advanced diagnostic equipment and repair software

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical knowledge across major vehicle systems

  
  


• 
  

  Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment

  Strong communication and teamwork skills

  Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
