Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer specifications


• Use Ford-approved diagnostic tools and service equipment


• Conduct multipoint inspections and communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needs


• Accurately complete repair orders and warranty documentation


• Maintain current knowledge of Ford technical bulletins and service procedures


• Ensure all work meets dealership quality and safety standards


• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Preferred Qualifications

• Ford OEM training and certifications


• Experience with Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic systems


• Hybrid and electric vehicle service experience
