Graff Auto Campus is hiring skilled Automotive Service Technicians for opportunities across all 5 of our stores. We are looking for technicians who are committed to excellence, take pride in their work, and are confident working on a variety of makes and models.

This is a great opportunity for experienced techs who want consistent work, strong support, and top earning potential. We offer top pay for top technicians, especially those who consistently produce 50+ flagged hours per week. ASE certifications are a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards


• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brakes, electrical, and air conditioning


• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment


• Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding needed repairs and recommended services


• Provide accurate estimates of time needed for additional repairs


• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


• Help ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and properly cared for

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license


• Willingness and ability to work on any brand of vehicle


• ASE certifications preferred


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude


• Proven track record of low comeback percentages


• Ability to read and understand written instructions and repair information


• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance


• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications


• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills


• Good computer, math, and communication skills


• Team-oriented mindset


• Strong customer service awareness
