Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand and document their Electric Vehicle service needs
• Provide accurate and detailed service estimates in a friendly manner
• Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule efficiently
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive industry or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, fun environment
• High school degree or equivalent
• Availability for weekends and 10-hour shifts
