Responsibilities Include (based on Level):

• 
  
  
  
  • Performing maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer standards
  
  
  • Diagnosing driveability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
  
  
  • Completing diagnostic testing and repair procedures efficiently and accurately
  
  
  • Performing multi-point inspections on every vehicle
  
  
  • Completing Video Multi Point Inspections for clients on every vehicle
  
  
  • Communicating repair recommendations clearly through repair orders and video inspections
  
  
  • Performing recall repairs and warranty repairs
  
  
  • Maintaining productivity and efficiency goals
  
  
  • Road testing vehicles when necessary
  
  
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  
  
  • Properly documenting repairs and technician notes
  
  
  • Working closely with service advisors and management to ensure excellent client service
