Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform maintenance and repairs accurately and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and service equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Document completed work and recommended repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with Service Advisors when additional service is needed

  
  


• 
  

  Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Follow dealership procedures and safety standards

  Stand behind the quality of your work and support fellow team members

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Valid driver’s license required

  
  


• 
  

  Clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive experience or technical training preferred, but not required for every level

  
  


• 
  

  ASE certifications preferred, not required

  
  


• 
  

  Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  Basic computer skills

  Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
