Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per work orders efficiently and accurately


• Diagnose and repair automotive systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C


• Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools


• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and time estimates


• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Service Technician experience required


• Certified General Motors Technician Preferred


• ASE Certification Preferred


• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license


• Ability to learn new technology and operate electronic diagnostic equipment
