Responsibilities:

Accurately Completing Services and Repairs on Customer’s Vehicles: Technicians are expected to be experts in their craft and are expected to complete services and repairs with excellence, integrity, precision, and extreme care.

Partner with Office Staff to Deliver on Company Sales Goals with Integrity: Technicians are expected to inspect each vehicle and quote any needed repairs and services to each customer.

• Accurately and efficiently diagnosing and repairing vehicles


• Accurately performing a vehicle inspection on every vehicle you work on


• Building a proper estimate to include the repairs needed to correct the customers original concern as well as any item noticed during the inspection and any maintenance items that may be due


• Problem solving - must be able to use all resources available to help problem solve each situation you encounter


• Accurately and efficiently performing needed repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications to correct customers concerns/complaints


• Communication - must be able to properly communicate with your advisor by means of typed communication, verbal and written communication means.


• Assist in keeping shop area clean, safe, free of debris and other hazards.
