Automotive Title Clerk

As a Title Clerk, you are responsible for ensuring accurate processing and management of vehicle titles and related documentation. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced automotive environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and maintain vehicle titles and documentation accurately and timely.


• Verify title information for accuracy and completeness.


• Coordinate with dealerships, finance companies, and government agencies regarding title and registration processes.


• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws related to vehicle titles and registration.


• Assist customers and internal staff with title-related inquiries and issues.


• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for all title documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in title processing, in KY a plus.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.


• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
