Job Overview

This role combines technical expertise with exceptional craftsmanship to deliver reliable, easy-to-use systems on time and on budget for the company’s clients.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Rack building and networking
• Install speakers, screens, shades, TV’s and other A/V and control equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Basic knowledge of programming and configuring devices
• Maintain current industry knowledge
• Other installation related tasks as required

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience 
• Control4 and Savant basic programming experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure, assess multiple demands, and manage priorities
• Exemplary customer service skills coupled with a positive attitude 
• A valid Driver’s License

$25-$35/hour Based on Experience
