What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-cycle avionics installations and modifications on a variety of aircraft (piston, turboprop, jet, etc..)
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing avionics systems and components
• Cross-training with the Maintenance department in support of the Part 135 Charter operation
• Assisting in the design of new instrument panels using CAD, operating CNC machines for panel cutting and labeling, and installing wiring harnesses according to existing or custom wiring diagrams
• Working with cutting-edge avionics systems, including innovative Garmin glass panels, cabin connectivity upgrades, and customer convenience items

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of hands-on GA avionics and maintenance experience preferred
• Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with Part 145 repair station operations a plus
• A&P license is a bonus, but not required
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Must meet physical demands of the role
• Must pass background check and be subject to random drug testing
