Founded in 2003, Mount Prospect Academy is a rapidly growing nonprofit dedicated to helping struggling adolescents find a zest for life and succeed in the business of life. We provide mental and behavioral health services through residential programs, group homes, and special education schools.
Our Mission: To create a safe, therapeutic environment where students can grow, self-regulate, and build confidence to succeed in life.
What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight supervision and ensure student safety
- Assist with bedtime and morning routines
- Conduct compassionate bed checks every 15 minutes
- Support crisis intervention and positive behavior reinforcement
- Engage youth in meaningful, life-relevant programming
- Document incidents and progress accurately

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR
- 60 college credits OR
- 2 years of experience working with youth OR
- 7 years of parenting experience
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required
