AYR Cook - Dietary

Position Overview: This position is full-time, Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends.

Education Requirements:

• Validation of high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but will consider previous related work experience.

Job Requirements:

• 
  

  Must have a Mobile County Health Department Food Handlers card.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have prior cooking experience at high volume fast paced business.

  
  


• Must be able to prep foods and follow HAACP procedures.


• 
  

  Must be to follow verbal and written directions.

  
  


• 
  

  Must follow food safety guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Must present self in a professional manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be a team player and be willing to be cross trained.

  
  


• Must be able to work a variety of shifts.
