Job Title: B2B Fulfillment Supervisor
Department: Shipping /Operations
Reports To: Logistics Operations Manager
Position Summary
The B2B Fulfillment Supervisor oversees all day-to-day warehouse operations across five key workstreams — Small Parcel, LTL, International, Inbound, and FTL — ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of finished goods. This leader drives execution of best-day shipping, maintains process compliance, and ensures all customer orders are fulfilled according to company standards and service-level expectations. The Supervisor will manage a team of approximately 15+ associates and play a critical role in supporting operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, dynamic fulfillment environment. The 2nd shift team will be responsible for preparing all next-day Wave 1 orders, including ODFL, International, and Small Parcel shipments. This includes moving inventory from storage locations to designated workstream areas (SP, ODFL, International). Ensuring all orders are allocated correctly from their respective workstream locations. Overseeing staging of outbound orders for on-time readiness. The primary goal is to ensure that at least the first wave of next-day orders is fully prepared and ready to ship by the start of the following day.

Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Knowledge of shipping modes (Small Parcel, LTL, FTL, International) and inbound logistics.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
