What will you do?

As a Back of House Smoker, you’ll help ensure our food is prepared safely, consistently, and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow 4 Rivers recipes and preparation standards
• Read and complete prep lists accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload products at the correct times and temperatures
• Learn and operate the smoker properly
• Prepare, label, store, and rotate food products
• Follow proper cooling and food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Safely use knives and other kitchen equipment
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency

What are we looking for?

• Previous cook or food service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Ability to safely use knives and kitchen equipment
