We’re excited to be opening a brand-new Ashley Mac’s location!

Interviews and training for this role will take place at one of our current café locations. Training will continue at our existing stores until the new location officially opens, so you'll be fully prepared to hit the ground running.

Now Hiring: Back of House Team Members – NEW Location

As a Back of House Team Member, you play a vital role in delivering a quality product that keeps guests coming back. You’ll help run the restaurant’s daily operations while ensuring food is prepared to our high standards.

About You:

• Friendly and passionate about serving others
• Committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and upholding MACS+ values
• Eager to learn and ready to support your team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Restaurant industry experience preferred
• Dedicated to maintaining our company culture and high standards

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with Health Department standards
• Work multiple kitchen stations and prepare menu items to meet quality expectations
• Prep and stock stations to ensure smooth lunch and dinner service
• Assist with opening and closing the café
