Minimum Requirements:

• Age: must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma required; undergraduate studies or trade certification preferred.
• Performance: a consistent work history that reflects commitment, dependability and long-term job performance.
• Experience: minimum two (2) years in food service industry or operations management.
• Knowledge: working understanding of food safety principles. ServSafe Manager Certification, preferred

Expectations:

• Able to work in cold environments (freezer / cooler)
• Able to safety use and work from a ladder.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height.
