What You’ll Do

• Lead Back of House operations
• Coach and develop Team Members
• Maintain food quality, food safety, and operational standards
• Identify and respond to changing operational needs
• Model and protect our Mission & Values

Qualifications

• Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Working knowledge of labor and productivity
• Working knowledge of food cost and waste management
• Working knowledge of food safety principles
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
• Able to work in cooler and freezer environments
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to safely lift up to 40 pounds
